5.8 Authorized Contact Persons: Subject to the City's reservation of <br /> the right to substitute positions authorized to contact the Law Firm, <br /> the only City personnel who will be authorized to contact the Law <br /> Firm are: <br /> City Manager, City Planner, Community Development Director, Fire <br /> Chief, Police Chief, Public Works Director, Park&Recreation <br /> Director, City Finance Director, and Human Resources Manager. <br /> Jay T. Squires will act as lead attorney for the City. However, the <br /> parties contemplate that other senior attorneys in the Law Firm will <br /> also be providing services to the City. <br /> Senior attorneys will delegate and supervise City matters to associate <br /> attorneys within the Law Firm as the senior attorneys deem <br /> appropriate. The associate attorneys may from time-to-time be <br /> contacting the authorized City personnel for necessary information, <br /> and the authorized City personnel will cooperate with the associate <br /> attorneys. <br /> 5.9 City Approval: The City Council has approved the Law Firm's <br /> performance of legal services for the City during the term of this <br /> agreement.
