Owner agrees to disclose to Broker and to prospective tenants any and all information which <br /> Owner has regarding the condition of the Property, including, but not 1 invited to, the presence and <br /> location of asbestos}PCB transformers,other toxic,hazardous or contaminated substances, and <br /> underground storage tanks in, on, or about the Property. <br /> 7. Owner acknowledges that Broker may represent prospective tenants and consents to such dual <br /> representation. Broker agrees to provide full disclosure in the event of any such representation. <br /> 8. Owner authorizes Broker to allow sub-agents or agents representing a tenant to market the <br /> property and to share Broker's commission with such other agents , unless otherwise provided in an <br /> addendum to this Agreement. <br /> 9. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Owner and Broker and supersedes all <br /> prior discussions,negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written. No amendment, alteration or <br /> withdrawal of this Agreement shall he valid or binding unless trade in writing and signed by both Owner <br /> and Broker. Any purported amendment,modification or withdrawal which is oral shall he void and of no <br /> effect whatsoever.
