BYLAWS <br /> OF <br /> ROSEVILLE CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU <br /> This instrument constitutes the Bylaws of the Roseville Convention and Visitors Bureau, <br /> adopted for the purpose of regulating and managing the internal affairs of the Corporation. <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> PURPOSE <br /> The purposes of the Roseville Convention and Visitors Bureau are to: <br /> Promote Roseville, Minnesota as a destination by attracting meetings, conventions, an <br /> tourism. <br /> Contribute to a identity and economic well being of the City of Roseville. <br /> Tale a leadership role with community and business partners to provide an outstanding <br /> visitor experience. <br /> ARTICLE II <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> Section 2.1. The affairs. of the Corporation shall be managed by a Board of <br /> Directors (hereinafter the "Board") which shall be comprised of five (5) voting directors. The <br /> original Board shall be appointed as provided in the Articles of Incorporation. Successor <br /> members of the Board shall be appointed by the entity which appointed the directors whose <br /> terms are expiring. <br /> Section 2.2. The terms of all successor directors shall be years, begging <br /> on the second Friday of the applicable year and expiring gears later on the second <br /> uum <br /> Thursday of January. <br />
