In consideration <br /> s of Columbus and otentia# developers, the City Council <br /> of the interests of the Knights p <br /> •directed the discussion � t he Task Force recommendations and related redevelopment <br /> issues to a Special City Council Work Session on January 8, 1998. <br /> The purpose of our meeting in is to discuss, in far greater detail than time permitted at <br /> • recommendations of the Task Force, issues of traffic, and the <br /> previous rneet�nos� the recor� <br /> merits of redevelopment versus continuing the existing uses. The attached packet includes <br /> specific issues for Council review related to the dames Addition as well as broader policy <br /> issues regarding <br /> senior housing (the preferred redevelopment concept). <br /> Specific Council direction <br /> is needed on as many of the issues outlined as possible. <br /> Respectfully submitted. <br /> Attachment <br /> W1 <br />
