Costs of Special Facilities Recovered by City RReQmsted Facilities Surc (Continued) <br /> 3. The Company may delay implementation of a surcharge for a City Project Tracker Account until the <br /> minimum surcharge amount provided in the CRFS Rider is reached. Any under or over recovery of the <br /> Tracker Account balance in the last month of the final Recovery Period will be expensed. The <br /> Company will limit over-recoveries to no more than $0.05 per customer at the time the Tracker Account <br /> is terminated. <br /> 4. Record Access and Reporting Requirements. The Company's records associated with a City's Tracker <br /> Account shall be available for inspection by such City at reasonable times. If requested by a Cii, the <br /> Company shall provide a report on the status and balance of the Cii Project Tracker Account as <br /> follows: <br /> a. whenever Excess Expenditure? for requested or ordered Distribution Facilities undergrounding are <br /> added to the Tracker Account for a designated or new City project, <br /> b. on or before the last business day of the month following the final month of the Recovery Period, <br /> or <br /> c. annually if the Recovery Period is greater than 12 months. <br /> 5. The surcharge for a particular Special Facility Distribution Facilities undergmunding project may be of a <br /> different design than set forth in the City Requested Facilities Surcharge Rider if approved in advance <br /> by Commission order in response to a rate filing by the Company under Minn.
