EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Fall at 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th day of November, 2002, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: and and the following <br /> were absent: <br /> Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> LARPENTEUR AVENUE STREETSCAPE, <br /> CITY PROJECT P-SW-99-14 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 27, 2000, Environmental <br /> Associates, Inc, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with Larpenteur <br /> Avenue Streetscape, City Project P-S W-99- 14; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br /> for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br /> commence on December 9,2002. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
