EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIj�I�F Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of December, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAFFIRMATION OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY AT 244 MINNESOTA AVENUE (PF 3445). WHEREAS, Glen Jerry has requested reaffirmation of a Minor Subdivision of land approved in 1980 for property located at 244 Minnesota Avenue; and WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: NEEDS PROPER LEGAL DESCRIPTION WHEREAS, the reaffirmation request will create two parcels that were previously approved by the Roseville City Council (1980); and WHEREAS, the previous request was never recorded after the approval; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create two residential parcels at 244 Minnesota Avenue: a. Detailed grading plans with building slab or first floor elevation and drainage direction must be submitted to the City Engineer for review and approval prior to building permit issuance. b. The City policy is to accept parkland or cash in lieu of land dedication for the creation of new lots. In this case, no dedication was required in 1980. C. The City policy is to accept a Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) upon the issuance on building permits for all newly created lots. In this case, new sewer and water service is required for the lot which location shall be approved by the City Engineer. The SAC fee is required and collected at the time the building permit is issued.
