3.5 The Housing Design and Site criteria outlines minimum standards for the <br /> replacement home. The minimum standards include the following: <br /> 1) single family owner occupied home, <br /> 2) three to four bedrooms with two full baths preferred and Y2 bath could be <br /> acceptable), <br /> 3) two car garage, <br /> 4) maintenance free exterior materials (hardboard siding not accepted)} <br /> 5) housing design should blend into the existing character of the neighborhood <br /> and plan must be draw by an architect, <br /> 6} site must be fuller landscaped and the adjoining properties must not be <br /> disturbed during construction, <br /> 7) the site grading and finished structure must meet storm water drainage <br /> patterns in the neighborhood, and <br /> 8) a minimum value of the new home must be determined and approved by <br /> Council as part of the Contract for Private Development. <br /> 3.6 Staff has also prepared a checklist that will help assure that the Program <br /> requirements are being covered and are being Bret °in a timely manner. <br /> 4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> The staff recommends approval of the Roseville Housing Replacement Program Purchase <br /> and Redevelopment Guidelines and Checklist as drafted.
