Two building inspectors <br /> • Provide an inventory of homes currently under construction. <br /> Buyer RAuirements if rtinent <br /> • Must identify a licensed homebuilder to eater into the contract for building the <br /> replacement home. <br /> • Must be pre-approved for permanent financing. <br /> Housing Design and Site Criteria: <br /> • Home design must comply with all federal, skate and local building codes. <br /> • The home must be able to be built within six months from the time the Contract for <br /> Private Development is executed. An extension may be grated only with prior approval <br /> of the City. <br /> • Plan mist be prepared in consultation with are Architect or Architectural Designer with a <br /> minimum two-year technical degree. <br /> • Home shall be single family owner occupied upon completion. <br /> • A minimum of three bedrooms is required. A fourth bedroom or a den is preferred. <br /> • Two full bathrooms are preferred. A home design with 11/z baths will be considered. <br /> • A two-car garage with a paved, hard surface driveway is required. <br /> • Exterior materials (siding, doors and windows) should be !ow maintenance. Hardboard <br /> siding materials are not acceptable. <br />
