I thinly you can see we have sufficient land area (three-plus acres), ho ever, the location of the weda nd area in the center of the property renders the W es t side of the parcel inaccess ible. Our landscape plan calls for lianrlscape edging and landscape rack as well as shrub plantings around the building. Our tree plantings %1'11 be on the east and north sides of the building and the east, north, ajid south sides of the p eking lot, As there are very few trees between the building and Mate Mghway 8 ,we felt trees would provide an excellent screen f rom the highway.
