The erformance and restoration bond required in this section and in Sections 707.10, subd. ; <br /> � (b)(3) determined in the <br /> 707.13, subd. (b), and Section 707.3 , subd. l shall be in an amount dete <br /> director's sole discretion, sufficient to serge as security for the full and complete performance <br /> of the obligations under this Chapter, including any costs, expenses, damages, or loss the City <br /> pays or incurs because of any failure to comply with this Chapter or any other applic <br /> � � able laws, <br /> restoration of rights-of-way <br /> regulations or standards• During periods of construction, repair or <br /> or equipment in rights-of-way, the performance and restoration bond shall be in an amount <br /> sufficient to cover 100 of the estimated cost of such work, as documented by the person <br /> proposing to perform such work, or in such lesser mount as maybe determined by the director, <br /> talon into account the amount of equipment in the right-of-way, the location and method of <br /> � equipment <br /> ins#allation of the equipment, the conflict or interference of such equipment with the <br /> of other persons, and the purposes and policies of this Chapter. Sixty 60)days after completion <br /> of the work, the perfonnance and restoration bond may be reduced in the sole discretion of the <br /> director. <br /> ubd. 2. Registxation Dior to work. No person may construct, install, repair, remove, <br /> relocate or an erform other work on, or use any equipment or any part thereof in any right- <br /> of-way without first being registered with the City. <br /> Subd. 3. Exceptions. Nothing herein shall be construed to repeal or amend the provisions of <br /> a city rdinance permitting persons to plant or maintain boulevard plantings or gardens in the <br /> y p gT <br /> area of the right-of-way between their property and the street curb. Persons planting or <br /> main#a' * boulevard plantings or gardens shall not be deemed to use or occupy the right-of- <br /> shall not be required to obtain any perm or satisfy any other requirements for <br /> way, � <br /> or <br /> planting maintaining' such boulevard plantings or gardens under this Chapter. However} <br /> excavations' deeper than 12 inches are subject to the permit requirements of section 707.08 of <br /> p <br /> this Chapter. <br /> Sec* 707,0 . Registration Information, <br /> Information Required, The information provided to the Director at the time of <br /> ubd. �� <br /> registration shall include, but not be limited to <br /> (a) Each registrant's name, Gopher one-Call registration certificate number, address and <br /> e-mail amass if applicable, and telephone and facsimile numbers. <br /> (b) The name address and e-mail address, if applicable, and telephone and facsimile <br /> hers of a local representative. The local representative or designee shall be available <br /> numbers p <br /> at all times.
