ubd. I Permit Extensions. No person may excavate or obstruct the right-of-way beyond the <br /> date or dates specified in the permit unless such person (i) mares a supplementary application <br /> for another right-of-way permit before the expiration of the <br /> f teal permit, and (H) a new permit <br /> or permit extension is granted. <br /> ubd, 3. Disruptive Fee. Notwithstanding subd. 2 of this section, even if a new permit or <br /> rtit.extension is granted, the Director shall establish and impose a disruptive fee as a civil <br /> penalty for unreasonable delays in right-of-way excavation, obstruction, repair, or restoration. <br /> ubd. 4. Permit Display, Permits issued under this Chapter shall be conspicuously displayed <br /> at all tunes at the indicated work site and shall be available for inspection by the Director. <br /> See. 707,09, Permit Applications. <br /> Application for a permit is made to the Director. light-of--way permit applications shall contain, <br /> and will be considered complete only upon compliance with the requirements of the following <br /> . V <br /> provisions: <br /> (a) Registration with the Director pursuant to this Chapter; <br /> (b) Submission of a completed permit application form, including all required <br /> attachments, and scab drawings shoving the location and area of the proposed protect <br /> and the location of all existing and proposed equipment; <br /> (c) Payment of all money due to the City for <br /> (l) permit fees and costs, <br /> (2) prior obstructions or excavations; <br /> (3) any loss, damage, or expense suffered by the City because of applicant's <br /> prior excavations or obstructions of the rights-oar--way or any emergency actions <br /> taken by the City; <br /> (4) franchise fees, if applicable. <br /> ubd, 2. Additional Equipment. When an excavation permit is requested for purposes of <br /> installing dditional equipment, and the performance and restoration bond presently existing is <br /> g <br /> insufficient with respect to the additional equipment, iii the sole discretion of the Director, the <br /> stir of an additional erfo and restoration bond for the additional equipment may be <br /> posting p <br /> required in accordance with Section 707.05, subd. 1. <br /> 9 <br />
