Development Director (490-2232) <br /> RE: Regional Housing Idea Book <br /> Our staff has been working with the first ring suburbs to prepare a book describing the <br /> opportunities for housing in the first ring. This has really proved to be a major project <br /> and something hat needs to be done by a consultant outside of any city structure - <br /> � cities to <br /> none of us have the internal time or staff! The consultants selected by the <br /> contract with are Robert Gerloff, the architect and l risti Johnson who wrote the <br /> Log � �n fellow Bungalow Design Book which received pride spread acclaim. The Fridley <br /> HRA will act as the financial agent. Each city, approximately 12, would agree to pay its <br /> prorated share of the cost to Fridley.
