EXHIBIT B AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS On January 1, 1988, the Richfield GO Council approved an affirmative action -to provide equality of opportunity in program which requires the City 'r colo r employment to all person and to prohibit discdmination because of race, disability, marital religion, national origin, place of residents, political affiliation, status, status with regard to public assistance, sex, or age in all aspects of the City's personnel policies, programs, and practices The program further requires that the City support the various relationships with e a e ore, requirements have been !C contractors, subcontracts and vndors. In accordance with the City of Richfielcj's Affirmative Action policy, no person shall, on the ground of race, creed, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin be excluded from full employment rights in, participation in, be denied the beneffts of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination 1 activity for which the parties received., or under any program, service, or act will rece ive financial assistance under the provisions of any and all applicable federal and state laws against discrimination. The contractor will furnish allinformation and reports if required by the CKy of Richfield or by Executive Order No. 11246 and Revised Order No. 4, and by the rules and regulations and orders of the Secreta 0 ry of Labor or the State f iance wit Minnesota for purposes of investigation to ascertain compi h such rules, regulations, and orders.
