Current Situation <br /> Using data in the staff report and related attachments, Mr. Trudgeon re- <br /> viewed current housing and business situation and trends. <br /> ii. What Do We Want? <br /> Mr. Trudgeon continued to review demographic information related to to- <br /> night's discussion. <br /> Mayor Roe recognized that the increasing trend in people living alone may <br /> be based on the City's older demographics as well as those whose spouses <br /> are now deceased. <br /> Councilmember Pust encouraged staff to add this updated data to the <br /> City's website, as much of that data was still 2000, not 2010 census in- <br /> formation. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon advised that this was staffs intent as time allowed and with <br /> this information now available as gathered for tonight's discussion. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon noted that the Dunn and Bradstreet information may not all <br /> be Roseville-specific, but some may be from the immediate regional area <br /> outside of Roseville (e.g. Falcon Heights); and further noted that the in- <br />
