CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1164 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1043 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF ROSEVILLE RELATED TO SEVERANCE PAYMENT& <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> 1. <br /> The last paragraph of Section 104.3 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> The severance pay shall be in an amount which equals fifty percent (50%) <br /> of said employee's accumulated sick leave, but in no event shall such <br /> 1!�M <br /> severance pay exceed the equivalent of k%^dj fortv working days' <br /> pay at the employee's wage rate at the time of separation. <br /> 11, <br /> This ordinance shall be In force and effect from and after its passage and publication. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 12th day of January, 1998. <br /> Daniel G.
