4 The county shall reimburse the Municipality for adequately <br /> documented requests consistent with Attachment A submitted by the <br /> Municipality. Reimbursement is contingent upon the county <br /> receiving the SCORE funds from the state of Minnesota . In the <br /> event that SCORE funds actually received by the County are less <br /> than the amount budgeted by the County, the amount of the grant to <br /> the Municipality will be reduced in proportion to the population <br /> of the Municipality <br /> 5 . Reimbursement will be made according to the following <br /> schedule : <br /> For the Rgriod of: Reimbursement will occur after: <br /> January 1 - March 31 April 11 1998 <br /> April 1 - June 30 July 1, 1995 <br /> July 1 - September 30 October 1, 1998 <br /> October 1 - December 31 January 1, 1999 <br /> b. Reports <br /> 1 . The Municipality shall submit two reports to the county. The <br /> first is due to the County on due on Ll'uly 15 , 1998 . The second is <br /> due on February 1, 1999 . The report due July 15, 1998 will <br /> include program information for January 1 through June 30, 1998 , <br /> The second report will include information for July 1, 1998 <br /> through December 31, 1998 . <br /> 2 . The semiannual reports shall be submitted on farms provided by <br /> the county. <br /> c . Financial Report <br /> The Municipality shall be required to submit, if requested by the <br /> Counter, an audited f inancial report to the Ramsey County Budget <br /> and Accounting Office . The report shall show how funds received <br /> from Ramsey County were disbursed. <br />
