EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVIOLLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Mall at 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the twelfth day of January, 1 998, at 630 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following members were absent: <br /> Member moved that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> Resolution No. <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENT FOR LAND ASSESSED FOR ROSEVILLE <br /> NO. -84-4. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> 1. The it y of Roseville on August 26, 1 984 levied a special assessment against the <br /> following property for Improvement No. -84-4 by resolution No. 779 1, and by <br /> Resolution 7790, said assessment was deferred. <br /> PIN 79-01400-010-3 8 $81390.28 <br /> 2. The it Y Council of the City of Rosevilie has determined that the above parcel of <br /> land has been sold to the City and the assessment is abated and cancelled. <br /> 3.
