Adopt a Resolution Approving a Drive-Through Facility as a CONDITION- <br /> AL USE at 2435—2459 Rice Street <br /> Johnson moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10935 (Attachment <br /> D) entitled, "A Resolution Approving Drive-Through Facility as a CONDI- <br /> TIONAL USE at 2435—2459 Rice Street (PF11-021)." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Adopt a Resolution to Accept the Work Completed, Authorize Final Pay- <br /> ment of$,405.68 and Commence the One-Year Warranty Period on the Ro- <br /> sewood Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Project(Phase 2) <br /> Johnson moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10936 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance; Rosewood Neighborhood Drainage Im- <br /> provements Project (Phase 2);" accepting the work completed; starting the one- <br /> year warranty; and authorizing final payment of$4,405.68. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Pust; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> j. Appoint HRC Youth Commissioner <br /> Councilmember Willmus questioned current City Ordinance not allowing for al- <br /> ternate commissioners to be appointed. <br /> Councilmember Johnson questioned if this was applicable to alternates service as <br /> youth commissioners, since they had no vote. <br /> Mayor Roe opined that since this appointment was related to a non-alternate, he <br /> didn't think there would be any impact on the proposed motion. <br /> City Manager Malinen noted that each commission had individual procedures, <br /> and advised that he would review them and talk to the Human Rights Commission <br /> related to the youth representative(s). <br />
