State of Minnesota - Conditions of grant: Services to be performed to the satisfaction of the State (DTED). Term of contract- July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1997 Coalition must submit reports to DTED as requested from time to time. Automatically submit Coalition financials. Final summation report showing fulfillment of contract provisions to State's satisfaction, including achievement of goals. 1997 audit by June 30, 1998 Final financial report by August 31, 1999. 2. McKnight Foundation- Conditions of grant: Funds to be used to develop multi jurisdictional strategies addressing housing, transit, jobs, and welfare reform through 2000. Prior to second payment must submit a report of activities for current gear. report to be received by August 14, 1998. Include financial statement showing income and expenses for the project and explaining any major variances. 3. Metropolitan Council (1) - Livable Communities -conditions of funding: 0 Yet to be determined 4. Metropolitan Council (2) - Dousing Planning Grant- conditions of funding: Local planning assistance for the following tasks: Coordinate comprehensive planning process in coalition communities for life-cycle x housin g and density and in-fill development opportunities, and _ Implement"life cycle housing study." 5. Metro GIS - conditions of fanding: • Include several MetroGIS people on CDC committee meeting list. • Submit reports and share data base with MetroGIS Execute Phase II of Coalition GIS workplan.
