<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 22, 1985 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 22nd day of July, <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, Demos, and Johnson. <br />and the following were absent: <br />None. <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1985 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-84-18, prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed <br /> <br />by the Council on July 8, 1985, and reported that the assessment <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />then introduced the <br /> <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7772 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1985 assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-84-18 <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish <br /> <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br /> <br />proposed assessment on August 26, 1985, at the City Hall, 2660 <br />
