<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 22, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 22nd day of July, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Franke, Curley, Johnson, <br />Kehr and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7774 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-82-12 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7745 <br />DATED JUNE 10, 1985 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota that Resolution No. 7745 adopted June 10, 1985, entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for Public Hearing on <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-82-12" be and is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as <br />follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on August 26, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />publication shall be not less than three days before the date of <br />the hearing." <br />
