<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-82-12 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the <br />26th day of August, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. SS-W-ST-P-82-12 including all that property in the Weleczki Addition <br />between Dale Street and North Dale Court by the installation of sanitary sewer, <br />watermain, storm drainage facilities, bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $133,000. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property in the Welecski Addition <br />between Dale Street and North Dale <br />Court, including the following: <br /> <br />ASYLUM OUTLOTS: <br /> <br />Lot 120-15 <br /> <br />ALL OF WELECZKI ADDITION <br /> <br />STUBER ADDITION: <br /> <br />Lots 10 and 11, Block 3 <br /> <br />STUBER ADDITION PLAT 2: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 6 <br /> <br />ALL OF STUBER ADDITION PLAT 3 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area <br />proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be bear by the City Council at <br />the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: July 15, 1985 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
