Those hearings have been held on December 3 , <br /> 1993 and December 16 , 1993 . At the conclusion of the hearings <br /> the Council must then certify the final to levy, the final 1994 <br /> City Budget and the 1994 debt levy adjustment . <br /> Fiscal Summary <br /> The proposed tax levy for 1994 is $7 ,,524 , 361,361, an increase of <br /> $218, 553 or + 99%- as compared to 1993 . <br /> The levy is based on a total proposed 1994 budget of $20, 501, 013 , <br /> an increase of $1, 565, 136 or 8 . 27k over 19934, <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> staf f i' s recommending the approval of a 1994 tax levy of <br /> $7, 524 , 361, the approval of a 1994 budget in the total amount of <br /> $20, 501, 013 and the debt levy adj us tme <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion adopting a resolution approving and certifying the annual <br /> tax lever in the amount of $7, 524 , 361 for the Fiscal Year begin- <br /> ning January 1, 1994 and ending December 31, 1994 to the County <br /> Auditor along with the debt levy adjustment . <br /> Motion adopting a resolution approving the 1994 budget in the <br /> amount of $20, 501, 013 ,,,, <br />
