EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING of THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of RO SEV I LLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> City council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br /> ta was duly held on the 16th day of December, 1993 at 7 : 00 p.m. <br /> The following members were' present : <br /> and the following were absent : <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTlffG THE COUNTY ADDITOR TO <br /> AI)JUST THE TAX IJ9VY FOR BONDED DEEM T <br /> WHEREAS the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br /> Bonds in 1994 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, there are re- <br /> serve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement <br /> Issues 15, 16 , 17 and 18 in the amount of $20114341P <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> The Ramsey County Auditor be' directed to increase the 1992 tax <br /> levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue. Series 20, <br /> 1994 by $120 , 000 and to reduce the levy by $201 , 434 which is <br /> being paid by debt service reserves . <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> seconded by member and upon a vote being taken t he re on, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof : <br /> and the following voted against the same : <br /> WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page <br /> State of Minnesota) <br />
