NN <br /> EXTRACT of MEETING MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice, a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of the City of Roseville, state of Minnesota, was duly held <br /> on the day of 1993, at p.m. <br /> The following members were present <br /> and and the following <br /> members were absent :. <br /> Member introduced the following re solut ion and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY of ROSEVILLE To <br /> ADOPT AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR ADJUDICATING <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE OppENSES AND PROVIDING FOR A SCHEDULE OF OFFENSES <br /> AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville has adopted <br /> an ordinance establishing a procedure for adjudicating administra- <br /> tive offenses and providing for a schedule of offenses and <br /> administrative penalties, and <br /> WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City ounc i l, from time <br /> to time, to identify administrative offenses and establish <br /> penalties for such offenses . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby <br /> resolve: <br /> I .
