<br /> Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the consent CONSENT

<br /> B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that George and GEORGE AND
<br /> Judith Falke r s request for minor variance of a 17 foot JUDITH PALEE
<br /> rear yard setback at 1775 Shorewood curve, for an
<br /> addition to their house that would include a new porch
<br /> and spa area, together with a deck extending from the
<br /> northeast corner of their home, be approved. Roll
<br /> Call, Ayes: Pe Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br /> and Vt Johnson. Mays: None.
<br /> B-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, Resolution 90111 RESOLUTION
<br /> amending the 1993 Budget for gage and salaries and 9011
<br /> unanticipated revenues and expenses, be adopted. Roll
<br /> Call, Ayes: F. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br /> and V. Johnson. Nays: None,
<br /> E�3 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a public hearing LIQUOR LICENSE
<br /> be established for the regular city council meeting of RENEWALS
<br /> December 13 , 1993, for the purpose of considering
<br /> liquor license renewals for 1994. - Roll Call, Ayes.
