<br /> Castle Family Entertainment Center application for a CASTLE FAMILY
<br /> game room license and 105 amusement device licenses at ENTERTAINMENT
<br /> 330 Rosedale Center be approved sub3ect to the CENTER
<br /> provisions of the Special Use Permit, Roll Call,
<br /> Ayes: P. Johnson, -Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V.

<br /> C�7 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Udi Perera UDI PERERA
<br /> (Minneapple International Montessory) request for
<br /> Special Use Permit at 1875 W. Perimeter Drive be
<br /> approved with the following conditions.
<br /> 1. That the landscape plan and equipment in front
<br /> of the building be approved by City staff.
<br /> 2 . That the landscape plan is to provide shade for
<br /> the outdoor play area, screening for 'the fencing
<br /> along Perimeter Drive, brown vinyl coated fencing,,
<br /> and parking lot repair.

<br /> Maschka, and V. Johnson. Na ice. : None*
<br /> C-8 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that David Rustadfs DAVID RUSTAD
<br /> request for variance to the provisions of the Shore
<br /> Land Management Ordinance at 329 South Owasso
<br /> Boulevard be approved, due to unique health concerns
<br /> with this parcel, with the following conditions:
<br /> 1 . That the lakeside foundation be no closer to the
<br /> lake, and that the size and location of the deck
<br /> be no larger than the previous deck.
<br /> 2 , That the private road not be accepted for public
<br /> maintenance.
<br /> Roll Call, Ayes, P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br /> Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: Done,
<br /> C-g P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ryan RYAN
<br /> Construction's request for rezoning from I-1 and B-3 CONSTRUCTION
<br /> to B-4 and a preliminary and final plat to be known as
<br /> Twin Lakes Center be approved subject to the
<br /> puss i i 1 ity of ponding construction, -prior to building
<br /> construction, being reviewed by the City Engineering
<br /> staff. Roll Call, dyes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br /> and V. Johnson, Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka.
<br /> C-10 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that resolution RESOLUTION
<br /> 9012, denying the Boyer Ford Truck request for a 9012
<br /> Special Use Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be
<br /> adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Pi Johnson, Cushman,
<br /> and Goedeke, bays: Maschka and V. Johnson.
