The ordinance is <br /> intended to provide the public and the City with an informal, cost <br /> effective and expeditious alternative to the traditional criminal <br /> charges for violations of certain ordinance provisions <br /> Attached is a proposed ordinance and resolution setting forth the <br /> offenses and fines., prepared by the city Attorney,. <br /> The city Attorney will be at the December 13 council neeting to review <br /> the ordinance. <br /> Recommendation <br /> It is recommended that the council continue consideration of the <br /> ordinance until the January lo, 1994{ council meeting. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Motion continuing consideration of the proposed ordinance and <br /> resolution regarding Administrative offenses, to the January 10,, 1994{ <br /> City Council meeting, and further that notice of the proposed ordinance <br /> consideration be published in the legal newspaper, <br />
