Aladdin' s <br /> Castle is the nation's leading chain of family entertainment <br /> centers. They are justifiably proud of their distinction as an <br /> entertainment center located in major shopping facilities. <br /> The Proposed Use. <br /> Under the Roseville City Code the Aladdin' s Castle Family <br /> Entertainment Center will need a special use permit as a game <br /> room as well as all the appropriate aMusement device and game <br /> room licenses. While this use is broadly defined as a ',game <br /> room", the applicant will show the city of Roseville a new <br /> concept in entertainment that is designed as a State of the art <br /> asset to large successful retail centers such as Rosedale. It is <br /> designed to be a truly "family" center for retail customers who <br /> are becoming more used to bringing the entire family along on the <br /> shopping excursion and erecting entertainment to be available <br /> for them while they are there. Rosedale has made great efforts <br /> to keep pace with these developments and this proposed use is in <br /> keeping with the high duality center that it is* This is no dark <br /> game room that attracts people who do not complement the high <br /> quality shopping environment that has been so carefully <br /> established, on the contrary, as our exhibits, designs and <br /> business plan will demonstrate, everything that this use does <br /> compliments the Center. As their literature and specific plans <br /> for this location more fully describes, their emphasis on <br /> promoting the night environment has led to formal birthday party <br /> facilities (that have proven to be enormously successful and <br />
