Owasso Blvdi <br /> Background: t <br /> 11 The alt <br /> of Roseville adopted the_ shoreline -management <br /> ' e in the .ate 1 's pursuant to Minnesota State <br /> ordinance <br /> Statutes The stated purpose of the ordinance is to preserve <br /> and enhance the goal i ty of surface waters, preserve economic <br /> and natural environmental values of shorel ands and provide for <br /> the wise utilization of waters and related land resources, The <br /> ordinance contains many criteria and standards to control the <br /> use of sh <br /> ore lands within the City of Roseville. most notably, <br /> setback requirements from the ordinary high water line of <br /> public waters, <br /> 211 The shore land management ordinance provides for use of <br /> shorelan <br /> ds in existence prior to the date of enactment of -the <br /> ordinance that do not meet minimum lot area setbacks or other <br /> q <br /> dimension requirements of the chapter, This section also states <br /> that and alteration or addition to a substandard use, which <br /> will increase e the substandard dimension, shall not be allowed, <br /> 3 Mr.. u s tad 1 s homer located at 329 S.
