Henderson stated that the owner's new prOpO sal
was to ask for a 10 year interim use permit and to make all iMPTOvements to the site and building
immediately. (The improvements include new paving, curbs, landscaping, and new stucco wall surfaces in
building areas currently clad with metal exterior galls).
Mr. Henderson noted in his November 3} 1993 letter that he has..."also been advised that the neighbors in
the immediate area are now supportive of the proposal as outlined above' .
The Council tabled action on this proposal and asked for comment from staff and neighbors. (Staff replied
that this is a similar proposal to that discussed at the last Planning Commission hearing in September - a 10
year interim use, better landscaping, but the current November 8th proposal would complete improvements
immediately).
Council members asked for comment by the neighboring propel owners for the Monday, November 22,
93 meeting, either in person or in writing.
You are welcome to participate in the meeting or simply provide your comments on the attached letter and
send it back to City Hall.
Thank you for your interest.
n cere ly,
Dennis P.
