I have also accumulated approximately twenty credits toward <br /> a Master"s Degree in electrical engineering from the extension <br /> division o f Ill ino i s -Inst itut a of Technology. <br /> WORK _E PERIEN <br /> From 1941 through 1956, I Was employed in the Sw i tchgear Department <br /> of Allis Chalmers Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During this <br /> period, I engaged in the application and product design and <br /> development o f electrical sw i tchgear and controls. <br /> Between 1960 and 1971, I was employed in the Control Division at <br /> Electric MAchinery Manufacturing Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. <br /> During this period, I was responsible for the product design and <br /> development of electrical controls and switchgear for motor and <br /> generator applications. Prior to leaving this position, I was <br /> Manager of the Control Division. <br /> From 1971 to 1983, 1 was employed at Associated Consultants, Inc. <br /> of Minneapolis, Minnesota. At this location, I performed as Chief <br /> Electrical Engineer. We specialized in consulting services for <br /> municipal electric utilities principally in Minnesota, Iowa, and <br /> Wisconsin. The work involved preparing reports, plans, and <br /> specifications for the procurement and installation of engine- <br /> generator equipment and substations. <br /> I have been granted six U.S. patents relating to switchgear, and <br /> have authored/co- authored three technical articles relating to <br /> switchgear and substation equipment. <br /> PERSONAL& <br /> I am a retired (April, 1983) professional engineer, licensed to <br /> practice ]L n Minnesota, Wisconsin, and I owa. since retiring, I have <br /> participated in the following civic activities <br /> 1983 Member, GovernorPs Panel to Review Activities of the <br /> Metropolitan.
