CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> FLEXIBLE BENEFITS <br /> REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES <br /> (NON-UNION EMPLOYEES ONLY) <br /> NOTE: The following benefits represent a city contribution of one-half of what <br /> is being offered to regular full-time employees under the flexible benefit plan <br /> and wi11 remain at the one-half level in succeeding years. <br /> EMPLOYEES CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: <br /> do <br /> Option A: Employee chooses a City contribution of $145 toward <br /> the health insurance premium for employees choosing <br /> family coverage.
