The council then took action to adopt all the <br /> �ro <br /> assessment rolls including those for which amendments were included* <br /> The adopted assessments included five parcels for which the property <br /> owners had filed written obj ections. In these five oases, the apprai <br /> ser <br /> had reviewed*ewed the objections in a preliminary manner and had rendered <br /> � <br /> some opinion regard ing maximum potential assessments.
