Background: As part of City of Roseville's and Ramsey county's c.I;P. programs, a number of streets are being reconstructed* As part of that work a number of easements were required in order to reconstruct the roads and or place utilities. The engineering staff has contacted the affected property owners. The proposed easements to he acquired are listed below, The projects involved are* P-93-02 Policy Objectives: When working on private property easements are needed to construct the 'improvement, As per agreement between the county and city,_ the city must acquire easements on county reconstruction road projects.
