Petitioner is authorized by law, pursuant to M.S.A. Section 465.01 to <br /> <br />exercise the right of eminent domain as provided by M.S.A. Chapter 117, to <br /> <br />acquire certain real property and interest hereinafter described. <br /> <br />4.
