<br />extension of the south line of north 44.64 feet of Tract H, registered <br />Land Survey No. 50, and lying north of an easterly extension of the <br />south line of north 156.22 feet of Tract I in said Registered Land <br />Survey No. 50, according to the U. S. Government survey thereof, and <br />Tract H, except for the north 44.64 feet thereof, and the north 156.22 <br />feet of Tract I in Registered Land Survey No. 50, on file in the office <br />of the Registrar of Titles within and for Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Said strip of land being described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 10 feet of the above described property, except <br />the west 255 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Together with a permanent easement for air rights for an elevated <br />roadway and utilities above elevation 956.60 feet (Sea Level Datum) <br />over the property lying northerly of and adjoining the above described <br />strip of land and lying southerly of and adjoining the following <br />described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of the above <br />described property; thence easterly along the south line of <br />said property a distance of 255 feet; thence northerly <br />along a line parallel with the west line of said property a <br />distance of 10 feet; thence easterly along a line parallel <br />wi th the south line of said property a distance of 623.34 <br />feet, said point being the point of beginning of said line; <br />thence easterly a distance of 211.38 feet, more or less, <br />along a tangential curve concave to the north having a <br />radius of 1392.38 feet and a central angle of 8 degrees, 41 <br />minutes, 53 seconds, more or less, to the westerly right- <br />of-way line of Interstate Highway 35W (Trunk Highway <br />No. 280) and there terminating. <br /> <br />Together with a 17 foot temporary construction easement described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land 17 feet in width northerly of and adjoining <br />the above described strip of land. <br /> <br />Together with fee title to all that part of the above described <br />property lying westerly of adjoining the following described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said property; <br />thence easterly along the south line of said property a <br />distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning of said line; <br />thence northerly a distance of 125.40 feet, more or less, <br />to a point on the west line of said property and there <br />terminating, said point being 125 feet northerly of the <br />southwest corner of said property. <br /> <br />Together with a 20 foot temporary construction easement described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />-7- <br />
