Said strip of land being described as follows: The south 10 feet of the above described property, except the west 255 feet thereof. Together with a permanent easement for air rights for an elevated roadway and utilities above elevation 956.60 feet (Sea Level Datum) over the property lying northerly of and adjoining the above described strip of land and lying southerly of and adjoining the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of the above described property; thence easterly along the south line of said property a distance of 255 feet; thence northerly along a line parallel with the west line of said property a distance of 10 feet; thence easterly along a line parallel wi th the south line of said property a distance of 623.34 feet, said point being the point of beginning of said line; thence easterly a distance of 211.38 feet, more or less, along a tangential curve concave to the north having a radius of 1392.38 feet and a central angle of 8 degrees, 41 minutes, 53 seconds, more or less, to the westerly right- of-way line of Interstate Highway 35W (Trunk Highway No. 280) and there terminating. Together with a 17 foot temporary construction easement described as follows: A strip of land 17 feet in width northerly of and adjoining the above described strip of land. Together with fee title to all that part of the above described property lying westerly of adjoining the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said property; thence easterly along the south line of said property a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning of said line; thence northerly a distance of 125.40 feet, more or less, to a point on the west line of said property and there terminating, said point being 125 feet northerly of the southwest corner of said property.
