<br /> 9002, accepting work completed under Project 9 - 0 and 9002
<br /> authorizing final payment in the amount of $30,152 to
<br /> .Gorham-oien Mechanical, Inc. , be- ardopted. Roll Call,,
<br /> Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeks, Cushman, and v
<br /> Johnson. Nays: None.
<br /> P-4 Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff be HIGHWAYS 35N
<br /> authorized to ekecute an extension of the existing 3 S RESIDENTIAL
<br /> options on Highways- 35W/36 residential properties for PROPERTIES
<br /> a period of six (6) months and authorizing staff to
<br /> negotiate a new option agreement with Highway 35W/36
<br /> -residential property owners according to the terms and
<br /> conditions previously discussed* Roll Call, Ayes:

<br /> J-1 V. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a moratorium MORATORIUM ON
<br /> be placed on all shore land permits of any type until SHORE LAND
<br /> the Comprehensive Plan update is completed, and staff PERMITS
<br /> and the City Attorney he directed to prepare a
<br /> .proposed resolution or moratorium for consideration at
<br /> the regular City Council meeting of October 25, 1993.
