A request for authorization is then <br /> forwarded to the City Council. <br /> POLMIC <br /> The following is the City of Roseville"s policy regarding the acceptance of donations: <br /> Minnesota Statute requires all donations to be officially accepted by the City <br /> Council. <br /> The staff will not solicit donations. <br /> Donors will be informed that no conditions or promises of future favorable city <br /> action on heir behalf may be attached to the gift. <br /> Following Council acceptance, staff will send a letter of appreciation to each <br /> donor. <br /> IAL IlLI A T E2LAN <br /> Approved donations for budgeted items will result in a budget redaction.
