DATES October 60 1993 <br /> TO: Steve Sarko z <br /> FROM: Sarah Bellefuil <br /> RE: 1993 ROSEVILLE RECYCLED of THE YFAR <br /> As part of Rosevi l l e's Recycling Week (October 18 - 22) , a request <br /> was published in the city newsletter asking residents to submit <br /> nominations for the "Rec cler of the Year' award, Two responses <br /> were received from our request. <br /> Three employees from the Ramsey County Division of Solid Waste <br /> reviewed the nominations and selected this year l s "Re cycler of the <br /> Year, " Criteria used to determine the recycler of the year <br /> included the length of time the individual has recycled, the ways <br /> in which a nominee has been are example to others, and ways the <br /> nominee attempts to reduce, reuse, or recycle. <br /> While the selection was not easy, all three judges determined that <br /> Irene Buss Jaeger be named Rose i lle"s "Recycler of the ear" <br /> because not only did Irene excel in reducing, reusing, and <br /> recycling, but also educating others to do so <br />
