EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of October, 1993 at 7:30 F.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION Igo. <br /> RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION of A PORTION of <br /> SNELLING AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD AND RUSSELL COURT <br /> AND VARIOUS UTILITY EASEMENTS <br /> HEEA , the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said portions of <br /> utility, drainage, � <br /> d ainage, and street easements in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> WHEREAS, because the portion of Snelling Avenue frontage road and Russell Court are not <br /> necessary for public purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street, utility, and drainage <br /> easements as described in Attachment "A". <br /> NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br /> vacates a portion of public street, utility, and drainage easements over the property described in <br /> Attachment "A", except easements for public or private utilities, including but not imi ted to water <br /> lines, sewer mains, teI ephon a lines and poles, gas and electric lines and cable TV lines, including <br /> then ht <br /> to maintain the same or to enter upon such land or portion thereof vacated, to maintain,, <br /> repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto, existing n the date of this vacation shall� a be <br /> preserved and maintained by said utility holder pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 160.29. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote 'in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> VMERIEUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, <br />
