Work with education and religious institutions to keep them in the <br /> community; a quality of life includes values instilled through <br /> religion and educational communities which positively effect tax <br /> base and community loyalty. <br /> Vista 2000 Summary: <br /> At the October 27th meeting, the Commission and staff should aoW- <br /> together the Vista 2000 direction with the Comprehensive Plan goals and <br /> policies. <br /> "Cutting edge" solutions should be reviewed in detail. <br /> A policy compilation will be available so that the Commission may begin <br /> to sort out competing interests. <br /> 5. Vista-2000 Direction on Non Comprehensive Plan Issues will be handled <br /> by Steve Sarkozy and the Administrative Staff. Over half the Vista 2000 <br /> issues will be handled in this manner. They will be prioritized a d <br /> resoIved as soon as possible. The 60 Vista 2000 committee,wii be <br /> asked for additional information and direction. Public input will be <br /> encouraged. <br /> Ultimately, a policy document on the Vista 2044 issues will be send out to <br /> each residence.
