,, um <br /> it <br /> m <br /> EXTRACT OF- MINUTES of MEETING of THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of ROSEVILLE <br /> Fursua nt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> City <br /> Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of <br /> Minnesota was duly held on the 27th of September, 1993 at 7 :30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present : <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> RESOLUTION SUBMITTING -REUI1, s <br /> FOR CERTIFICATE of RECOGNITION FROM <br /> THE NAT I OIgAL FEDERATION of KUIqICIFAL ANALY s T s <br /> NOW, THEREFOREF BE IT RESOLVED, her the city Council of the City of <br /> ROBevilles Minnesota, as f of lows : <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville ("the Issuer ll ) has outstanding <br /> securities in the state and local government securities market; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Issuer appreciates the support of the investment <br /> community for the financing efforts of the Issuer; and <br /> WHEREAS, the maintenance of ratiIngs for the Issuers <br /> securities p <br /> de end in part upon -the continued availability of <br /> information to the rating agencies; and <br /> WHEREAS the Issuer has been informed that the liquidity of <br /> its securities in the secondary market may be affected by the <br /> availability of information and maintenance of ratings ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Issuer hereby makes the following <br /> commitments to its investors : <br /> 1.
