I do not own this <br /> property anymore, but have to pay far�nprovcmemts done back in 1992. <br /> My problem is bang aa�cssed on Zl$Ft,.of frontage on Troseth Rd. This is one of the <br /> smallest lots on Troseth Rd., mcond only to 30D2 Troseth Rd. and I believe I paid one of the <br /> highest property taxes- <br /> My prhM conccrw,even before purchasing aie property,was the 218&frontasc on <br /> Trascth Rd. and building nada restrictions. I even made it contingent on the purchase. <br /> I was assured at that time that i would only be assessed an !00 R, of frontage, due to <br /> the odd shape()f the 14t* I should hive gotten it signed letter to this affect at the Vie,but was <br /> canviaac�ed I didn't seed one. I took them(Building&Fjantiag DePt.)at their word, Y didn't <br /> realize thew was anything to the contrary,until I sold the home in June 1992 and was notified <br /> by the Title Compmy of the changa. Had it been my kaorvlodge tit the tiros I purchasod the <br /> property that improvements would be assesaed an 218 fit., I never would have purchased the <br /> property to 6egia with. <br /> An other properties on Troscth Rd,have a 34 funtback from'i'roseth Rd. only, where <br /> I have an additional 30 ft.setback&OM Nwy.88,drasfscauy reducing the usable and buildable <br /> lat size. Combine the 34 ft. setbacks with s 10 fL property, Pine Fatback and a 30 fit. sewer <br /> easement(Lydia St.abandoned)running trough the middle of the property and you very soon <br /> realize that this is not&buDdable or usable 218 ft.lot, Without a 5 ft variance to the north,a <br /> S'variance to the south into the sewer easement and the 3 R attached garage variance,I could <br /> not have built the house that sits there and would not have purchased the property. <br /> PAGE 1 of 3 <br /> VP <br />
