Our p-roperty is zoned R--39 which is also a residential <br /> classification. Therefore 14 our property is assessed you will he <br /> discriminating against our residents who choose an alternate form of <br /> affordable housings - Our residents in most cases are least able to afford this <br /> form of assessment* <br /> Based on a conversation I had recently with Ramsey County Assessor David <br /> Anderson, he indi sated that the roadway would not allow rye to collect or <br /> charge higher rents.
