<br /> error in a letter from Ramsey County regarding Joint REARING DATES
<br /> Metropolitan Districts meeting dates, the public
<br /> hearings on the proposed 1994 Tax Levy scheduled for
<br /> November 29 and December 13, 1993, be changed to
<br /> December 8 and December 16, 1993, beginning at 7: 00
<br /> p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br /> Ooedeke# . and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br /> authorized to advertise and seek representatives to SAFETY
<br /> the Pipeline Safety Advisory Committee for future ADVISORY

<br /> 8978, awarding the bid for City Projects 93-10, 8978
<br /> Lincoln Drive construction, and 93- 0, County Ditch 4
<br /> improvements to Arnt Construction in the low base bid
<br /> amount of $652 ,377. 19 and Alternate A for the orna-
<br /> mental style railing in the amount of $30, 277.50, be
<br /> adopted, contingent on receipt of Municipal State Aid
<br /> approval of the project plans, Roll Call, Ayes: P.

<br /> the John Rose Minnesota Oval padding system be awarded MINNESOTA OVAL
<br /> to Kaiser Manufacturing Company of White Bear Lake, PADDING SYSTEM
<br /> Minnesota, in the low bid amount of $55, 600. Roil

<br /> F-3 Cushman moved, Ooedeke seconded, that the bid for the JOIN ROSE
<br /> John Rose Minnesota Oval Scoreboard System be awarded MINNESOTA OVAL
<br /> to Daktronics, Inc. of Brookings, South Dakota, in the SCOREBOARD
<br /> low bid amount of $137, 375, to be paid for over a five SYSTEM
<br /> year period with proceeds from the Oval, as a result
<br /> of a contract with Coca Cola USA. Roll Call, Ayesi P.
