<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 12, 1985 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on <br />Monday, the 12th day of August, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, <br /> <br />and, the following were absent: Franke. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7782 <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING ROSELAWN AVENUE AS A COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, that the road hereinafter described should be <br />designated a county state aid highway under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, that Roselawn Avenue from T.H. 280 to Cleveland <br />Avenue is established, located and designated a county state aid <br />highway subject to the approval of the Board of Ramsey County <br />Commissioners and the Commissioner of Transportation of the State <br />of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present. <br /> <br />and, the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
