County road <br /> C was scheduled for the September 8. 1993 planning Commission <br /> meeting and the September 13{ 1993 City Council meeting. This <br /> was intended to coincide with the original schedule of the <br /> Comprehensive Guide plan amendment process. At this point in <br /> time, Parkridge Development Corporation would like to move the <br /> public hearing to the November meetings of both the Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council. At their regular meeting of <br /> September 8. 1993, the Planning Commission formerly moved to <br /> continue the public hearing to their November 10., 1993 meeting. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> 1 It is recommended that the City Council continue consideration <br /> of Parkridge Development Corporation's request for a rezoning <br /> from R-1 to PUD and a Comprehensive Guide Plan amendment to the <br /> regular City Council meeting of November 22f 1993w <br /> Council Action Request.e. do <br /> I.
