E. Vegetation Alterations in Shoreland Areas: <br /> 2. Vegetation Alteration Standards: Removal or alteration of vegetation is allowed subject to the <br /> following standards: <br /> a. Intensive vegetation clearing within the shore and bluff impact zones and on steep slopes is <br /> not allowed. Intensive vegetation clearing outside of the impact zones is allowable as a <br /> Iconditional use if an erosion control and sedimentation plan is developed per the requirements of <br /> Chapterl01SSection 803.04: Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. (Ord.1342, 11-13- <br /> 2006) (Ord. 1359, 1-28-2008 <br /> SECTION 24: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 26 day of September 2011. <br />
